Refund Policy

Because every Weeebo asset is exclusive and removed from inventory at acquisition, our refund policy is intentionally specific.

Before delivery

If delivery has not yet begun and you change your mind within 24 hours of acquisition, you may request a full refund and the asset will be returned to inventory.

After delivery

Once source code, repository access, or staging URLs have been shared, all sales are final.

Warranty

Every delivered asset includes a 12-month bug-fix warranty. We will repair any defect in the originally delivered scope at no additional cost.

Disputes

Contact support@weeebo.com within 14 days of delivery to open a warranty or dispute case.
